Great customer service 100%
The drinks here are great, but the morning service didn’t match the experience. My friends and I were having a lighthearted moment, playfully competing over who would pay. When I tried to hand my card first to the barista, she refused to take it, gave me a hard stare, ignoring me and motioned for us to drive the extra two feet to the window—only to walk there seconds later to hand us our drinks anyways. Idk why but this location is slow in service and not only that but when u go to order your drink they ignore you like your not even their not even a hi or will be with you
Dutch Bros is my favorite 🫶🏼 so glad they opened a new location close to my house. Customer service is on point. Will was very friendly and helpful super nice person.
