During a recent visit to Dutch Bros, I experienced incredibly rude service from a worker named Urijah. From the moment I approached to order, his attitude was dismissive, cold, and entirely unprofessional. Instead of the typical welcoming greeting, Urijah spoke with a sharp, impatient tone and rolled his eyes when asked a simple question about the menu. I recently went to this Dutch bros for a new change but when I arrived I meet the cashier urijah.He was being very rude towards me and acted like he didn’t even wanna take my order at all.Then when I was telling him my order he decided to yawn acting like I was boring him. Might not come here again!!!
Giving 3 stars because they need to add the breakfast sandwiches to their menu like the other Dutch bros
UPDATE: I've been going to the stand consistently probably for the last couple of months or so. Is now my favorite stand. All the baristas are amazing and friendly. I don't know what changed from the past but the future looks bright. I love Dutch Bro but not this location. I rather travel farther to get better customer service. It's really hard to find parking.
