Charged me extra for the soft top, put a small splash, didn’t even cover the top of the drink. I asked the employee to correct it and she said she would have to charge me more. What a rip off.
Unfortunately I won't be going to this location anymore. They just don't make the drinks consistently. I always order the same thing and it is a 50/50 chance it will be wrong. Love this location. They are very friendly and quick. Never been disappointed.
New location very near my house Very energetic staff like almost all locations I love the App and have recently visited 3 Dutch bros that have inside seating. And I'm deff addicted to the stickers they give out! This location has never ran out of stickers on sticker day. Even if I happen to sleep in and arrive late in the afternoon. Lol The only con I can think of is poor communication for the grand opening. I live 2 blocks away and thought the store was not opening on the posted grand opening day.
