I wish I had a different experience, but every time I place an order in the Duch Bros app, I always have to wait for my order to be made once I arrive for pick up. I don't understand why, if the app gives a pick up time, and I designate that in picking up at the window, why am I waiting? Today I order a drink and breakfast sandwich.
