Fast, friendly, and delicious!
Some of these crew members don’t know what sugar free means. I normally go to the Schertz location but this crew in New Braunfels seem lazy and don’t want to make it properly. I tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt but this is the third time. They have a lot to learn for these morning crew members. Shit I’m up at 4:00 AM too. Maybe send them to the Schertz location to learn a thing or two.
My FIL had gone on 8/28 to get me some coffee and Kianna was so sweet to help us with the drink I wanted- which was a iced golden eagle. I wanted it with not a lot of espresso and she was able to help with how I wanted it. She was so patient and kind with us (: thank you Kianna!
