The girl in the window was being very rude. She made fun of the drinks we got and gave us dirty looks. She was talking bad about us and using foul language to her coworkers very loudly so we could clearly hear her. I’ve never had such an awful experience at any establishment. I never plan on coming back to this Dutch Bros location again. On top of all of that we waited about 30 mins when there were only 4 cars in front of us the entire time.

Ordered on the app, get there and the young girl tells me I’m checked in they’ll start my order, not sure what the point in ordering in the app for pickup since I still had to wait. I waited about 10-15 minutes while other mobile orders pick their order up and left. I overhear the girl at the window try and give my order to someone else because we have the same name. My experiences here have been horrible, the employees are extremely rude and unprofessional. There isn’t a fair and proper way they handle their lines and movement , adding to the fact that their super slow at making their drinks. There can be a big line and they’ll go back inside instead of taking orders.
