My experience was flawless. I love Dutch Bros and recently relocated to Florida. I visited on a Friday at around 9:30 pm. The line was full, but I still got my drink almost immediately! I bought an Aftershock with sweet cream, whipped cream, and sprinkles. I love how Dutch can turn an ordinary experience into something whimsical and fun. The girl taking orders was also incredibly sweet and polite.
I was a pretty consistent regular at this location, but ended up moving, everyone here is wonderful. But I went back for the first time in a few months, and the barista there still remembers who I am, and has my order ready when I walk up makes my day
