They have 2 lines but only one employee walking back and forth between the 2 lines. We were in one line and someone came in after us in the other line. Their order was taken before ours. Not that big of a deal but it’s the point. I’m sure it happens all the time. Why have 2 lines for cars to choose from if it’s going to become a mess for determining who’s first to order
Had gotten coffee here the last couple of days and all of my drinks were watered down and had little to no flavor. Everytime. It was very disappointing because usually they do ok.

While the service here is always a very nice experience with super kind and helpful staff, every drink I have ordered from this location tastes very bitter, like the coffee has been burnt pretty badly.. I get my drinks half sweet which I’m sure doesn’t help, but I shouldn’t have to load it up with sweetness just to cover up the awful burnt coffee flavor.. I work night shift and this is the only coffee place open late for those tough nights. Hoping this improves
