Ok, I go to Dutch Bro almost every day and they are amazing!!! UNTILL THEY HIRED OLIVA’!!! Wholly cow I’m not sure she could have been one ounce ruder…. We pulled up to the window and we were talking about ordering another drink, Oliva clearly could read the room and was saying something, my daughter turned around and said “ ohh shoot we’re you talking to me? “. I had a great experience at Dutch Bros today! Serenity provided amazing customer service and was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive. She really went above and beyond to make sure I had a great experience. Today is actually my birthday, and Serenity took the time to wish me a happy birthday, which was such a small but thoughtful gesture that really made my day!
