The drinks here are always on the sweeter side, just a heads up. For first time drive thru goers its important to know someone will walk up to you and take your order. My 1st experience w/ dutch bros was at a different location and the employees there were too busy socializing so my friend jumped out and ordered at the window. The service tonight at Dutch Bros Coffee was disappointing. I asked for my drink to be changed, but the employee (Julian, wearing glasses with blonde highlights) was unhelpful and came across as rude. I expect better customer service and hope this is addressed.
