I'm a regular Dutch Bros customer. I stopped at this location for the first time today. I had my favorite, a black tea lemonade. My passengers had a strawberry smoothie and a carmelizer. Everyone loved their drinks! Service was quick and upbeat!
Had a great experience at Dutch Bros Coffee today. Olivia was extremely welcoming, patient, and had an amazing attitude the entire time. She made the experience feel genuine instead of rushed, and her customer service honestly stood out. The drinks were made perfectly, and you can tell she puts effort into making customers feel comfortable and appreciated. Definitely one of the best experiences I’ve had here, shoutout to Olivia for the positive energy and professionalism.
It was my daughter’s birthday today and this is the only location that I’ve been to that told me they don’t care if it’s her birthday and still charged me for her drink which I don’t mind paying that’s not the point but the fact that you said oh, I don’t care And I had to ask somebody at the front to actually make it a birthday cup
