Was a wonderful experience! It was snowing out and the staff came out to take orders to make the orders faster! Some good workers imo! Got my order really quickly!
Wednesday, February 26/25 at 946pm, I sat in the drive thru watching one of the employees just chatting on and on with the person in front of me. The employee was not working or making anything. After 10 minutes passed, I had to back out of the drive thru because they were still chatting for so long. By the time I backed out of the drive thru, they were still there just talking and doing nothing. They pretended like I wasn't even there. Very poor customer service.

Always so good and the staff always seem to be happy to work there... a very good sign!
