The order process is simple, but ordering on app is 100% Useless! App gives you pick up time and then its never ready. Ordered for pick up 30 minutes out and then still had to wait another 20 mins after arriving at pick up time
Orders are never ready when they say it will be, not even close. Usually plan on adding an additional 10 min- and also prepare yourself for the longest, most aggravating and poorly managed zipper laned drive thru line ever. A great location if you've got time to kill.
I love our local DutchBros! All of the staff is friendly and professional. Going to DutchBros for my Americano and my husband’s DragonSlayer Rebel is the fun part of our day. All the staff are amazing and today Erica and Bee were friendly and fun! It is evident they love their jobs at DutchBros and they appreciate their customers. We will keep on coming here!
