Not sure the "rules" to having 1 entrance and there's a line. I was 3rd in line and the kid outside accused me of "cutting" in line. Then proceeded to explain the "rules" to me after I advised him he skipped me and decided to go down the line when other vehicles pulled up after me. The etiquette here (like several other times) is I pulled up with 1 or 2 lines in both directions...other vehicles know who was in line 1st and allows them to turn in ahead of them like adults do. I liked them. They were extremely considerate of my step mom when we were picking up hot cocoa for her. She has tough allergies and we asked them to be extremely considerate about not cross contamination. They said they would be cautious and they followed through.
Wonderful coffee, friendly people.
