Very High Prices – Expensive! $5.49 Pants, $2.59 Shirts Small-Large, $3.59 Shirts x Large and bigger.
Incompetent Seamstress – All the alterations go to the seamstress in the Thousand Oaks location. I've had two brand new jeans ruined by her and dress pants done sloppily. The jeans hem was too short, uneven and stitched sloppily. She attached the original hem to the pants which I didn't ask for so the pants hung weird and it flipped outward, kind of like bell-bottoms.
