We were recommended to Terry, and we had him do the energy rating for two cabins we are buying. He was on time, had a lot of good suggestions, and knows what he is talking about. I would recommend him!
Terry was super easy to work with and did a great job. He was out of town when I first contacted him for a re-inspection after my husband and I made an energy upgrade, but when he got back into town he came over right away. If you ever need an energy rating I'd definitely recommend Duszynski & Associates for the job!
Extremely helpful and great record keeping! They quickly tracked down a copy of the energy rating done on my house from 1993 that was misplaced or for some reason not recorded by the title company when the house was sold to the original buyer.
Terry Duszynski is an expert in his field and extremely honest. Recently I've had reason to contact Terry regarding an inspection for my residence on the request of a lender during a house sell. He knew his stuff and told me due to the year my house was built the requested forms are not required. He contacted the lenders and persisted by contacting all those that could clarify the criteria although it took him numerous times and days and did not cost me a cent.
