Was misled into signing up for a subscription service and told significantly incorrect intital quote range. Technician was understanding and honest, unlike the inital sales person.
They no-showed twice, so i requested and received refund of the trip fee they charge just to come out and give an estimate.
Repair parts were no longer available for my 70 y/o garage door. Greg quoted a reasonable price for a full replacement. We scheduled the install a few weeks later. Now I have a beautiful, smooth running new garage door. Greg was very professional and did a very job on the install. I highly recommend....Thanks Greg....
Excellent service! Technician Daniel came out to do an estimate on my spring repair within an hour of calling. He was able to do the repair on the spot. 45 minutes later my garage door was working again. Daniel worked his tail off to get the job done. Half of our garage door collapsed and they sent someone out same day, within four hours, which was on a Saturday, and a Holiday weekend. We were afraid the entire garage door would have to be replaced but their technician managed to repair it, and then serviced the part that hadn’t collapsed to make sure it wouldn’t in the future.
