I used Dusty's for years until they were sold. I haven't used them since. Today I called about service. The message told me to call a 504 number. That person, Expert Air, had never heard of Dusty's. This is very confusing and makes me suspect.

They were good. The owner is a fair and honest guy. His employees are great too however I believe some are out to make money off you for things that don't need to be done. I would use them again and recommend them.
Did a great job cleaning my unit.
