I took my little Shih tzu,Bella Grace, there yesterday for grooming after several not so successful grooming at another salon. I love that they don't put their dogs for grooming in a kennel to wait for their turn. They go by appointment. When you take your dog in they immediately start working on them. It was roughly two hours when they called to tell me she was ready. They did a great job on Bella. Much better than the groomer I had been taking her to. And Bella wasn't upset when I picked her up.
