Got straight to the point and gave me their honest opinions on my original hardwood floors. Didn’t make me schedule an inspection or anything, just asked for a pictures. Didn’t ask for anything in return or try to sell me something I don’t need.
Twice the transitions we're either aesthetically displeasing or mismatch in color. One of the main transitions have broke and no one will call/text me back in order to fix it. Floors were satisfactory .
This company refinished our floors all last week. Very displeased with not only their workmanship but how the owner, Josh, refused to admit they did a poor job. Once I sent him photos, he finally admitted to those mistakes but refused to take responsibility for other things. They didn't move the refridgerator, so the old dark stain is still visible next to it and remains underneath. He responded by saying he told me they don't move appliances and it was still there.
