I have had 4 appointments with Dr reynolds He is amazing explains everything in detail and answering questions I hadn't even thought of.if you need pain management he is your go to guy!
They messed up the pre authorization for my treatment. They did not fix the issue on time for my appointment. They had 4 weeks to do this but they didn't submit the paperwork until 5 days before my appointment. The office phone never gets answered. I am being contacted by the office and the surgical center every day wanting pre payment for my procedure. What the he'll kind of medical practice is this. ?
Dr.Reynolds was very nice...he listened to all my medical problems and the summaries of the past doctor visits I've had...his advice contained 3 options which he explained in detail...my daughter and myself enjoyed the discussion with Dr. Reynolds.
