Upon check-in, I learned that the ENT Specialists of North Florida location Dr. Lang works at incentivizes reviews in exchange for a Starbucks gift card. So don't dismiss the negative reviews as I did. I ended up receiving the worst patient care I've ever experienced from Dr. Lang. I found him to be cold and unhelpful - he simply scoped my nose/throat, said there were no findings, then opened the door to excuse me. The staff is very professional. The environment is clean( good atmosphere). My wait time was short. Dr. Lang is very knowledgeable and easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend him.
