Pleasant and efficient staff who explain every step. Dr. Dierks is always thorough, answers my questions, and gives good suggestions. He is competent and polite with a gentle manner. The only negative comment is that there are so many people checking in at 1:00 that the line was out the door. The staff worked hard to get everyone in.
I had cataracts in both eyes, surgery, 7 months later I had bad blurred vision. I went back and now I had Lazer surgery and I had to wait 4 days to get eye drops cause eyes have been mattered for many months.
Very good explaining and helpful in understanding surgery
