Great doctor he is always ready to listen and understand what is going on with you, takes his time and not just tries to rush through the appointment. He ask you questions to understand more about what is going on with you. Very friendly would recommend him to all my friends.

I was recommended by family to see Dr Deemer. Today I called to see if he was accepting new patients. After 6min on hold the receptionist comes back, confirms my insurance is accepted but does say he is not taking new patients. I began to ask if there were other doctors at this practice when she gives me this huge sigh as if I was annoying her. I said "nevermind, forget it" and she replies "thank you". Needless to say I will not be calling back and that is unfortunate.

I love the care I received from Dustin Deemer. He is absolutely top notch. However, after the interaction I had with a rude, and condescending receptionist I have decided to look for another primary care provider. Very cold and unprofessional. Was refused a refund of my copay after waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time and told there were still two patients ahead of me. Beware of paying copay ahead of time if you aren't prepared to spend the whole day there. No response from office manager and be prepared to be berated... read more

If I could provide 0 stars...I would. There was an issue with an appointment/billing and the staff would not rectify it. The communication surrounding the issue was less than satisfactory and I could never get the billing person. Will never be going to them again and I highly do not recommend PA Deemer or his staff.
