Although I had to wait a bit longer for my appointment,, it was worth while since Dr Deemer provided outstanding service.

Dr. Deemer was great, very attentive and thorough. The front office and billing staff were horrible to work with. I had a bill come through that I thought would be covered by insurance so I asked a message about it on the portal. I got a response that they would look into it and then crickets. I kept messaging on the portal and nothing. I got a bill in the mail about 3 months later and I called about it. I was told the person that deals with billing would call me back. NEVER did.
