Dr MAnders may be a good surgeon but his staff are worse than horrible. I never received calls back and was repeatedly told I was "not in the system" until they acknowledged it was because I was self pay. The Finance person tried to shock me with what a consult would cost, as if I wouldn't know cancer treatment is expensive?!
