The furnace had a burning smell that terrified me every time it kicked on. I imagined electrical failure or worse. Turns out, the heat exchanger was burning off dust from deep inside the ducts. After cleaning and sanitizing everything, the burning smell disappeared instantly. That first clean-smelling warm cycle almost brought me to tears—fear replaced by comfort.

I didn’t think air duct cleaning was necessary until I saw what came out of our system. The crew removed piles of dust and pet hair, cleaned the coils and blower fan, and treated the ducts for mildew. They finished with full sanitization. The difference in indoor air quality is night and day even my kids noticed how much better it feels.
