I searched high and low for a black owned hat designer in Maryland. To no avail, I came across Dust to Dawn in Philadelphia. I made the 1 hour and I must say it was well worth it. Ms. Dawn's professionalism and dedication to her craft is something that you don't find often. If you are looking for a unique style that is one of a kind, she is your person!!! She is officially my hat designer!!!
