I thank Miss Dawn for her beautiful work in restoring my Grandpops ol’ Irish Stetson hat. He received it as a gift from my aunts father, who worked for the Stetson Hat Company back in the early 60’s. Pop Lynch regifted it to my brother Patrick some 30 years ago , for Patrick was born on Saint Paddy’s Day and he always loved the hat. She created a simple and very elegant hat for me that was just what I wanted, even before I could articulate to her what I was looking for. She had me try on many of her delightful hat styles, patiently listened to me, brainstormed ideas, then sketched out a pattern and made the perfect hat for me and the occasion. A great experience, and beautiful head piece! We were visiting from New York and had a horse race to attend, I found Dawn's shop that morning, and fortunately she was available to let us into her show room despite not realizing we needed to make an appointment. All of her fascinators and hats were beautifully crafted and I was able to try multiple on to find the perfect one to match my dress. Her customer service and warmth was impeccable and I'm so happy with my purchase! Can't recommend enough!
I went to Dawn with a very specific hat I wanted, and she did a great job. When I later wanted an alteration, she drove an HOUR to pick it up, and altered it for free. You definitely should buy your next hat from her! Edmond
