Well…I never!!… expected to love a hat this much. Thank you Dawn! I trusted you and your artistic gift…and.. your creation is exactly as you said it would be… ME! My friends say … “That hat is YOU!” Men and women, from every age and background, have commented or stopped me on the street to say, “I really like that hat!, Where did you get that hat?!”. What a terrific conversation starter! In a very real way your creation and my trust in you … together have brightened my life.
I had a scheduled one-on-one appointment. Dawn showed me a wide variety of styles that I was permitted to try on. I purchased a hat for a tea at the church. I attend purchasing another at a later time. Completely satisfied with my experience. Dawn makes the hats herself. All price ranges.

Ms Dawn was kind knowledgeable and provided me with excellent advice and service in regards to a handmade Irish Hanna hat repair . It was a great experience and a cool coffee shop was a 2 minute walk down the street. The repair was done and I was on my way .
I brought in 12 hats that I inherited from my grandfather, and Dawn did an amazing job restoring all of them. Her attention to detail and careful handling of these family heirlooms was impressive, and she managed to bring each piece back to life while maintaining its original character.
