Very knowledgeable. Dan is very quick with communicating back. I inquired through email and they were able to fit me in on a day I had off of work. I recommend this for anyone who loves 'natural things', You get what you pay for and I am saying this in a good way. I got an additional service to help with the upkeep of my carpets to last longer. Will be doing this on a yearly basis. :)
