This team is incredibly professional and wonderful to work with. Kyle and Connor were top-notch when it came to cleaning our home’s air ducts. They provided information upfront, answered all of our questions effectively, and placed everything back as it was before departing. The company was prompt and upfront with cost before scheduling the appointment which was greatly appreciated. Highly recommend this group and will be using them again the next time our air ducts require cleaning.
20 years ago, after we built our house, DFD came out to clean our ducts. We thought all was good. This year we hired another company who had cameras and could show us the before and after pictures. The before pictures showed drywall pieces and a pack of cigarettes, assuming from the contractor who installed duct work. Based on this we can only assume that DFD did not do a good job.
Dust Free Ducts was wonderful to us! They sent two crews and took about two hours to clean 23 vents and one furnace for a competitive price. They were prompt, efficient and clean. The whole crew was polite and friendly, and even made the time to have conversations with my 3 year old who loves to talk. They provided us with advice, recommendations and before/after pictures. Look no further than Dust Free Ducts!
Highly recommend this company. Did a great job, very reasonably priced, and even took the time to explain how everything worked to me. Will definitely use them again next time!
