Great service and would recommend using them if you have an older home.
Great experience from start to finish. Great communication, techs were on time and worked very efficiently. Everyone was professional and courteous, (and they liked my dog, always a plus!) Absolutely will recommend.
Employees were awesome. They explained everything they were going to do. Talked with my kids. Ducts are clean. : )
They were great about keeping me in the loop about rescheduling due to all the bad weather when they were supposed to clean out the dryer vent on my roof. It was great to know I was still on this radar and that they were making it a priority to get to me as soon as possible.
We needed our ducts cleaned after a major renovation. They were right on time and did a very thorough job. I really liked that their unit is on their truck and outside the house. I would definitely use Dust Doctors again.
