I have been using dust and clean for about 6 months and i am changing companies. The first few cleanings were fine but for the past couple of months they have gone down hill fast. Nothing is ever moved or cleaned behind. I don't think they swept my floors or washed them the last time since I did it the night they supposedly did. Very little effort is given...just the bare minimum to get by. I would not recommend this company.
The girls chatted among themselves very loudly about how they hated it when the customers were home while they were cleaning. Then they went on to complain about a house in Hollis, (apparantly one of the girls is banned from going there) complaining about how the mother/son relationship. Gossip about your customers in front of other customers? How rude! If you're looking for a quick dust and vaccuum at a high price, this is the company for you. I have been using Denyse with Dust N clean for about 7 yrs now and I am still very happy with the service that I am receiving..At first I was a little nevous about having people I didnt know enter my home but I have never had a problem and definately know that I can trust the girls that come.I highly recommend using the service, there is nothing like coming home to clean home after a long day of work! :)
