I had my ducts done recently. The technician was very knowledgeable and helpful. I have medical conditions and the heating was very dusty. After the technician came I could breathe easy and the unit was working so much better. I highly recommend Dust Busters Australia and this proves why they have been in business for decades.
I wish I had read the reviews here before I had these people clean my ducts. I had the ducts cleaned in march this year and the technician who did the job told me that I should expect some fluff to come from the vents for the next 2-3 times when I start my heating. Its been close to 2 months now and I'm still getting fluff falling from the vents. Called them today to speak to them about this and they were not interested or willing to help in anyway. Just kept saying that this will happen "for sometime". I will not be engagin... read more
Still cold calling elderly people pushing their services with 'Special Offers'. Only recently had the heating replaced by another supplier anyway, so was purely going through the phone book. Was trying to charge over $700 for duct clean......
