I called and asked for a deep clean for my house and to set up a regular schedule for cleaning. The crew arrived an hour and half late and spent just an hour and half at the house. My kitchen appliances were left either untouched or with a film across the surface. Shelves were not dusted. Carpets not vacuumed. When I called to complain I was told to make a list and they would come back tomorrow and then send me a bill for the time spent. Really. I want to spend more money on poor cleaning? If I could rate them a 0, I would. The quoted us 64$ to clean our upstairs and downstairs. We also instructed them to use our vacuum instead of theirs for cleanliness reasons. During the quote she said all the moulding would be wiped down, chair rail, etc. Well it turns out the only thing they cleaned was the master bedroom and two bathrooms.
