Initial cleaning: a complete scheduling nightmare; no apology; "computer error" excuse. Day of cleaning: excellent cleaning came with damage to personal property; no responsibility taken; no attempt to compromise related to cost of correcting damage. Bill for services rendered: the payment request exceeded the amount quoted during initial phone call establishing basic cleaning services. Honesty and trustworthiness lacking, Can not support and/or recommend this agency.
