The worst experience of my life. Don't let the five stars fool you. I have been trying to get reimbursed for a deductible that I had already paid. They said they wouldn't see my son until I paid the money. I thought I was smart and put it in my credit card. It's been eight months and I've called several times as well as my insurance company. This place is a total scam. Watch out. I wouldn't ask them for help if I was dying. They have admitted to overcharging me and now they are playing games. So annoyed
Two years ago we went to them with a preauthorization from our insurance that they took. They just sent us a bill that was supposed to have been paid already. Before we even got in the car, we called and verified they took our insurance, as well as when we were there at the clerks desk. So they can't say they didn't. I think they are trying to scam us for another payment. Idiots.
What a joke of a place! This place is a law suit waiting to happen. Took sick baby who had fever all night and he didn't even examine him, used his iPhone light to look into his ear. I asked him what's wrong with him, his reply was, "IDK, he has an infection somewhere, but I don't know where," just give him his antibiotic. This place sucks!! I'm going to get with my insurance and look another place, and I'm filing a complaint with my insurance.
Came in after 12 noon didn't get out until after 4 p.m. could they go faster?
It's Urgent care! the wait to see a doctor is 4-6 hours! ridiculous!
They are calling senior citizens and telling them medi-care requires a home visit and has contracted them. They tell the senior to keep their benefits then need to allow them to come to their home to take their blood pressure and blood for lab work. Sounds like a medi-care scam to me. #medi-care scams.
