My mother used this company. She said that when they came out and did an estimate on her apartment of $105. When they actually came out and did the work they charged her $205. She was confused at the increase in pay, but she paid it because she said they did a good job. My mom is 78. At the time of service the people from the company signed. her up for 3 months of service. Dusk Till Dawn was awesome!! They bailed me when another company had to cancel last minute. They were able to squeeze me in next day, since I was hosting 15 people for the holidays! They did an excellent job on the windows (interior and exterior). They were also very good at communicating - they let me know when they were on the way, and send confirmation/statements via email. Will definitely use again.
