In all of my years in the Providence music scene, Dusk has been one of the best clubs I have ever worked / Djed / booked gigs at . The owners and staff treat everyone like gold. They are beyond generous and welcome all acts and performers from metal to folk to soul to noise. Sometimes running a club in this day and age is not fun and can be a very thankless task, but the Dusk family works hard to keep Dusk a welcoming and open-minded performance space. I have visited Dusk a number of times for shows,indoor and outdoor, fundraisers, but most recently or a burlesque show. Even though the crowd was nothing like the shows they work so hard to put on The staff put out their best effort's !
You could not ask for a venue to be more plugged into the community or supportive of musicians and local businesses. Great sound, great ownership, great staff.

One of my favorite places to see a show in Providence, and my favorite place to play. Dusk hosts all different types of entertainment. Everything from dance parties, to stand up comedy, metal, rock and hip hop. Whether I'm going there to hang out or perform, I'm always treated with kindness and respect. Dusk makes you feel as if everyone is welcome. The place is rock solid, and if you happen to be in town you should definitely check it out.
This place rules. My favorite venue in the city. They put on amazing shows and are run by the coolest people possible. Support them as much as you can.
Try the calamari.
One of the best local venues in Providence with a variety of acts and events going on. Good deals on drinks and some events will have a food truck or grilled cheese/hot dogs with vegan options. Sounds great for the space and plenty of parking available on the street.
