Very nice, clean hotel. The room was a little on the small side but comfortable. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. There is a nice bar that is open in the evenings with a decent selection and friendly bartenders. Ample parking in the garage. There's a small eatery next door that has great breakfast burritos. The area around the hotel is very walkable. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This hotel is worth the price just for the peaceful courtyard and awesome rooftop pool! But the location is great too, and the lobby is beautiful, so this has quickly become my and my wife’s favorite hotel in the East Side. If you’re expecting a bell boy, on site restaurant, and valet parking, this hotel is not for you, you’ll probably be happier (spending $1,000/night for a room) at the Langham.

Modern, stylish renovated hotel, but bizarrely lacking in a few things. For example, my room had a lovely giant two-sink bathroom with a beautiful bathtub and large standalone shower. However, there was but one single hook to hang one towel on, and no towel bar; incomprehensible that someone could design the bathroom that way. Also, there was no toilet brush. I recently used the Pasadena Hotel and Pool to host a five day professional development event for a group of 40 and cannot recommend them enough. Kathy and the sales team were fantastic - super responsive and accommodating of all our needs before, during, and after our event. Andrew and the catering staff delivered wonderful meals for each of our breakfasts and session snack breaks and the servers were all attentive, helpful, and kind. This hotel is amazing! The staff are friendly and helpful and the rooms are really nice, especially the showers. The central location meant we could walk pretty much everywhere and didn't need to use our car so much. And a massive plus for us is that this hotel takes pets. Seeing all the *well-behaved dogs* in the beautiful lobby and on the floors was great and encouraged us for when we visit with ours.
