This is an amazing hotel, beautiful place to sleep with great people, fun atmosphere, peaceful!!!!! So very peaceful and did I mention peaceful..great! Rooms in all honesty need to lose the carpet completely and go with a laminate of sorts, wood or marble look to remove the odor from pool to room which is understandable 🤔 when its so widely used, but im sure nobody was thinking when it was built that wet feet and carpet would be a task to keep up with you know. Hotel is in a great location. Close to tons of restaurants right off Lake St. Hotel lobby has a nice vibe and decent bar. Front desk is pretty responsive and friendly. Biggest downside is most of these rooms are designed for ONE person. The room we stayed in had no dedicated bathroom. Meaning that the shower and toilet were RIGHT next to the bed. So no privacy whatsoever. Never stayed in a hotel room designed this way. No coffee makers in the room or even glasses. Just two paper cups. You can hear noise in the hallway and ... read more

I am a retired executive sales person. I have stayed at all the good and great hotels all over this country. On a recent visit to family I stayed at Pasadena hotel and pool. First the staff; Eric and Andrew were understanding, courteous, knowledgeable, friendly and just plain great. The room; spectacular, no exaggeration. If I ever find myself within 50 miles of this hotel I will book it. Quality and service are part of their culture. If you are in Pasadena do yourself a favor and stay there. Stephen Barone

I stay here nearly weekly. My took a minute to figure out the good and bad. But once you figure it out the hotel is awesome. First, really good location. Second, really great staff. Third, the common spaces are perfect and a serious retreat. Whoever designed them deserves an award. The rooms are really hit and miss. All are clean and in good condition, just some are very small and have zero privacy so works if you are traveling solo. Brought a group out to the Pasadena Hotel (from New York) and we really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located with a lot of options within walking distance. I also worked with Kathy, Director of Sales, who was excellent and helped us take care of everything well in advance. I'd give her 5 stars as well.
