A combination of having to carry my dog up and down stairs for months because of an injury, life stress, and a bad pillow made it so I could barely move my neck last week. I tried heat, acupuncture, theragun, muscle relaxers, tiger balm, relaxing massage, etc., and it got a tiny bit better but came back with a vengeance this week. Had a deep pressure body work with was great she focused on my problem areas while still getting the benefits of a full body massage thank you. Place is very welcoming with they way she set up the entrance

My first time there and I saw Tai. She was great. I’ve had some bad lower back and right hip pain and I’m feeling 100% better since my visit. I went with the 90 minute Thai combination massage. I will be going back to get a longer treatment!

Tai is truly a miracle worker. I’ve tried many different body workers over the decades and have never met anyone who is more intuitive and healing than Tai. Ask for her for deep tissue for injuries and Renu if you are going for a relaxing whole body experience. You can’t go wrong with either of them.

Had an amazing first time at this spa — I just moved to the area, and all my muscles were achy. I had never had a Thai massage before, and really wanted to try it (they also offer traditional massage and other spa services) so I booked the Thai combination to ease into it. I was able to book on short notice which was cool, and my massage therapist Tai was very good explaining the differences I would expect. I ended up getting the best of both worlds and have found a new style that I love. I will be back!
