I called to ask about a water shutoff being replaced Kevin told me I likely need to tighten the packing nut. He could have just as easily said it needs replaced and charged me for that. I appreciate the honesty in what I need and would not hesitate to work with him in the future.
Kevin was amazing, he was quick to come out and take care of the problem!! He went above and beyond. I would highly recommend them.
