I normally don’t post reviews but seeing what is supposed to be home look like a land dump is horrible. I would like to see this townhouse community to do better when it comes to cleaning. There has been trash out here for a couple of months and the workers do absolutely nothing about it. There’s pillows, broken glass, bottles, and etc.

I do not live here and never have. HOWEVER, I do have my own cleaning business and a client hired me to come clean. These apartments are GIVEN to residents filthy. Baseboards had pet hair/dirt on them, the inside of the fridge was gross, and also had 2 dead roaches in it. My client said she toured 2 different apartments and the one she toured the second time was the cleanest.

Very good place to stay but they might want to consider of putting cameras up ion the buildings there has been porch pirates taking packages and the lights on the building that I stay in and the ones beside me doesn’t work and it’s pretty dark back here and the lines on the parking spaces needs to be redone also

Came there almost 3 weeks ago in desperate need for my dad grandma and 12 year old sister and was told it would work out cause we work and have money saved up to move in and then 3 days later until get told if one of us don't make double and a half the rent which is like 2300 a month. we can't even move in...
