worst experience living in an apartment in clarksville, i have a 2-week old newborn in my apartment and our AC went out, they offered a shotty window unit to “help” but looking at reviews i’m sure that’s the most we’ll get. someone needs to close this place down.
My apartment was clean upon arrival. The staff here is amazing and super easy to work with, especially the manager Mr. Aaron and Miss Lashonda! When it comes to maintenance by the time you put in a request they are there the next day. It’s affordable and super convenient for military personnel like myself.
I was really desperate for an apartment when I went on facebook searching…. I come across a lot but desires to choose liberty homes… I calll the number and was so happily address by miss lashanna over the e phone… she talk with me so respectful and nice…. Invited me for a toured…. When I got there she and Mr Aaron greats me with such a welcoming arms… am so happy to be apart of this beautiful property… the rooms are lovely and the personality of the two persons was so welcoming. I normally don’t post reviews but seeing what is supposed to be home look like a land dump is horrible. I would like to see this townhouse community to do better when it comes to cleaning. There has been trash out here for a couple of months and the workers do absolutely nothing about it. There’s pillows, broken glass, bottles, and etc.
I do not live here and never have. HOWEVER, I do have my own cleaning business and a client hired me to come clean. These apartments are GIVEN to residents filthy. Baseboards had pet hair/dirt on them, the inside of the fridge was gross, and also had 2 dead roaches in it. My client said she toured 2 different apartments and the one she toured the second time was the cleanest.
