I have never, even in human health practice - encountered a more pleasant, caring and positive front desk staff than the girls at Durocher. They greet you with smiles and open arms and make you feel like you’ve been going there forever. I took my Scout there to be neutered and it was through a voucher with Lafourche Shelter. I’m so happy I did because now I’ve found my forever vet! They even called the day after surgery to see how Scout was doing and if we needed anything. We cannot express enough how amazing and caring the doctors and staff are! We have had them care for 3 dogs for our family. From beginning to the very end they go above and beyond. We recently lost our 2nd dog and they even sent memorial cards and a handwritten note in her honor! Excellent customer service and love.
I had a very good experience. All my questions were answered & even gave me suggestions for Baxter’s issues things I can try. Staff is always helpful & nice.

I would like to thank Dr. Durocher, Dr. Deskin and the staff for helping us though a difficult time with Fluffy. It was the hardest decision that we had to make,but she was in our lives since she 4 weeks old and live until she was 15 1/2 years old. We miss and love her,but it was for the best. Thank you again, THE LOVELL. Thanks again for the sympathy card.
