Rebecca is great! She specializes in anxiety, panic attacks, PTSD, and trauma. I wanted a therapist that would sort me out fast - I didn’t want to sit on a couch talking about stuff for months. I had three sessions of Brainspotting with her and while it’s similar to EMDR, I found it to be more intense but it works faster. Really happy I found her. (Thanks Becky.)
