The worst closing experience that I’ve ever had. Good price offered, but do as little as possible. My concerns were not addressed and she refused to follow my instruction. Also, not responsive and Failed to keep me apprised. More interested in making it As easy as possible on herself than acting in my best interest. Rude, dismissive and disrespectful. I was advised that my payouts would be done today - She is not in the office and No one has called me back. I am accruing additional interest While they sit on my trust funds.
