I wish I could give no stars!!! My husband brought his mower and backpack in 2 weeks ago. Without a word from Durie, they finally reached out today. The mower was ready, however the backpack according to them was unfixable. When my husband brought it to them it was running. Today it was given back to him in a plastic bag in PIECES!!! The owner was rude and arrogant. We will never go to them again and if we are ever asked about them, we will give them horrible word of mouth.
