Called Durheim to have him come fix my dryer that wasn't blowing hot air. He instantly said he knew the problem and would come on Monday November 20th. Monday came, he did not show. We called him 3 times and left 2 voicemails. We did not receive a call back, but he could comment on our public social media post asking for recommendations on a different repair guy. Good service and fair prices
Super nice guy came out to look at our fridge. It ended up being warranty work so he didn’t want to touch it and chance voiding the warranty. He helped us find who to talk to. Great customer service and we will be contacting him again in the future.
