I just called to book an appointment, «Maxine» was very rude and lazy, doesn’t wanna answer questions and said that the waiting time is 9m. Her tone of voice was unprofessional and I asked her how she spells her name, she understood that I will complain and then she hang up the phone. Very unprofessional and rude.

Dr Youash Mariam is unprofessional doctor in Whitby clinc. Not recommended
Receptionist is very rude and unprofessional. I called myself to the doctors office to get an appointment for my wife who is pregnant and due date is expected in December. She asked all relevant questions and due date and she asked me to contact my family doctor to send them the referral form. I attempted so many calls and left messages to my doctors office to send it asap, but they denied by saying, we are not accepting patient who's due date is in December.
