They took me in with open arms, even late in my pregnancy. (I transferred from a clinic I was not very pleased with) Very warm, inviting & compassionate about my baby & myself. Listened to my concerns & also was very thorough when explaining anything to me, whether it was medication, procedures or their concerns. From the front desk staff to the nurses & Doctors everyone was so caring and personable. Great bedside manner. Amazing place! Excellent doctors and midwives! They are all so personable, friendly, sweet, happy, always smiling! The entire staff is just amazing! From the time you walk in the door you just feel at home! Have been with them since my first pregnancy; now on my third! Highly recommended! Never had a bad experience! So easy to work with! Just love them all! Wish I could give more than 5 stars!
I had the most wonderful experience with Sue at Women's Health Alliance! She made my pregnancy and delivery experience absolutely amazing! I felt at ease and safe the whole time and she really cares about her patients and their needs. I have a perfect healthy little girl... and I owe it all to her. Thanks Sue !!!
I wish that I'd had the experience that so many others had at Durham Women's Clinic. I left the practice at 8+ months pregnant because there is a problem every single time I come in. Whether it's waiting over an hour to be seen to them having no record of my appointment (but I have a hand-written card), the bad far outweighed the good. I never felt truly cared for here.
