I just went into the women’s clinic because I came from a clinic down the street who referred them, knowing I didn’t have an appointment I just tried my luck to see if I can book an appointment in person, the lady was very snarky and didn’t let me. “You’re gunna have to figure it out” we live in Canada health care should be nice and easy especially under these circumstances, I would absolutely not go here, sucks if it’s your last resort because they do not care. HORRIBLE service. My girlfriend Went in to book an appointment , lady at front desk said we can’t book an appointment there we have to call in a very rude and judgemental way. So she then comes home and calls them 4 times in a row with NO answer. There’s 3 workers there with no customers so they purposely ignored the phone, they are rude and unprofessional and should be fired immediately .
