Lack of respect with no greeting, no eye contact with clients very short and dismissive with their answers. Also very dismissive when it comes helping or answering any questions repeatedly saying leave voicemails and they will contact them within 72 hours bunch of bs. Their system is totally broken asking clients to leave voicemails within the timeframe of operating hours, but yet with those instructions still no proper follow up, same as the others comments and complaints. I’ve been here before and never had issues I came in today as I’ve left voicemails over the last few days and no one has called back. When I came in to ask a question they told me I had to wait for a call back, as I’m a women trying to have an abortion I found this extremely frustrating. The lady at the front desk was very rude and snarky.
Receptionist at the abortion clinic very ignorant and inconsiderate did not want to help me told me fare warning if your dr didn’t want you to do the abortion we may not be able to help and hung up after I told her if I wanted an abortion I should be able to have one
I just went into the women’s clinic because I came from a clinic down the street who referred them, knowing I didn’t have an appointment I just tried my luck to see if I can book an appointment in person, the lady was very snarky and didn’t let me. “You’re gunna have to figure it out” we live in Canada health care should be nice and easy especially under these circumstances, I would absolutely not go here, sucks if it’s your last resort because they do not care.
