Personally it didn't take more than one trying getting through and an appointment was booked for the following week for my 13 yr old daughter to look at options to manage her cycle. The phone persin seemed very kind. My daughter was very nervous to go in, but left feeling relieved she was provided information, not pressured, and was treated like an individual.
