O help from receptionist even rude I never recommend this place to people
Very rude receptionist.
I’ve had very different experiences with this clinic and the doctor/receptionists than what i’m seeing in the reviews so i thought i’d share my positive experience! my original phone call was returned quickly within an hour. the receptionist asked me minimal questions, she was direct and to the point which i appreciated, and she made me an appointment within the next week. all my interactions with her on the phone and in person were short but never unpleasant. i found dr pariag to be quirky but kind and comforting :) he was ... read more
Lack of respect with no greeting, no eye contact with clients very short and dismissive with their answers. Also very dismissive when it comes helping or answering any questions repeatedly saying leave voicemails and they will contact them within 72 hours bunch of bs. Their system is totally broken asking clients to leave voicemails within the timeframe of operating hours, but yet with those instructions still no proper follow up, same as the others comments and complaints. I’ve been here before and never had issues I came in today as I’ve left voicemails over the last few days and no one has called back. When I came in to ask a question they told me I had to wait for a call back, as I’m a women trying to have an abortion I found this extremely frustrating. The lady at the front desk was very rude and snarky.
