I went in for my first appointment for a sensitive women's health concern and was feeling quite nervous. Unfortunately, the two ladies at the front desk were not very welcoming, which was disappointing for a women's care clinic. However, the resident doctor I saw was absolutely wonderful. I unfortunately did not get her name, but she had medium-length curly hair and a fair complexion. They didn't pick up the phone both times I called on different days, or return my call.
I was a little sceptical to come here after seeing the reviews. However, I needed medical assistance. Reception was really nice. I was seen promptly by the doctor. She was nice, spoke softly and answered all my questions and concerns. I will definitely be using this Clinic again
The staff is rude and not helpful. They don’t return phone calls and don’t make your concerns a priority.
