I met Dr Weeks a few days ago to discuss hip surgery. Such a friendly and engaging person. He took time to familiarize himself with my case prior to seeing me and was ready to discuss it when he walked in. I was truly surprised to hear that I should have a replacement. Being a straightforward person he advised that I could go arthroscopic but would still need a replacement in a couple of years. I recently visited this practice for a hip evaluation, and my experience with Dr. Weeks and several members of his team was concerning. From the beginning, communication was poor and the environment felt dismissive. As I am sure most of you do, I thoroughly researched Dr. Weeks after he was recommended to me and all I saw were great reviews. My experience with him was the opposite. My expectations were high, from what I had heard from my local doctor, along with reading other reviews. My expectations, however, were exceeded. Dr. Weeks is personable, professional, incredibly talented with how he explains procedures, his thoughts, and answers questions. I am grateful I've had the chance to choose him as my surgeon and understand why the hype is real.
