We live 2 hours away and needed a part they only carry. We explained how far we lived and that we could make it close to the time of close with maybe 5-10 minutes to spare and they insisted we didn’t even make the trip because if we weren’t there by 5 they wouldn’t wait a minute after. Very rude and unprofessional. Will never do business with them again.

Our ac unit is less than six months old it's already broken guy came out and "fixed" it two hours later it's broken worse called them again now it's going to at least a few days to fix it and it's 90+ degrees outside
Marvin is the rudest person I've ever dealt with! I've been having issues w/ my AC unit, and instead of going by to check it out, he insists I fix the unit myself like I'm qualified to do so. He likes to assume he knows what parts are and are not working prior to even knowing what the problem is. If at all possible, do NOT go to him. Better yet, don't go to the business at all. There is not even a voicemail set up for customers to leave their messages on and you have to hunt them down!!! I'd give zero starts if it'd let me
